Many people are changing through AME counseling

Justin Due to the COVID-19, my career experiences a massive shift. And the world is also experience change. I was thinking about how to live in a post COVID world when I found AME Program. Though the program, I understand the change of era, and how to better prepare yourself for it. No matter what kind of difficulties or hardship I encounter, I am not afraid. I wish the whole world can hear about this program.	Ravi Leaders always seek the value different than others. Hope when you finished AME counseling, you will too find your value that is different than the world.	Boris I was looking for life coach because the pressure in life, and in the work, place make me unbearable. I felt trapped in my job and couldn’t get out. The coaching and courses in here are the best experience I had for a long time. I am really grateful for it.

Jennie Many people think that physical health is the most important, and ignore about their mental wellbeing. I was one of them. But through this course I learned that a healthy mind and healthy heart have huge impact in my life.	Pamela I never though counseling is necessary. But as I realize in my career, if something happens not according to my plan. I will become uncontrollable depressed. The counselor in AME help me resolve my issue from the root, and provide ways that I can resolve my problems. Now I have a much peaceful heart and positive mind. Even if things not happening according to my plan, I am able to face it head on. Through AME counseling program I realize what are the important thing in life. I now can balance between my life and the expectation from the society.
Shasa Where will we go and where do we come from? Those are the questions I often asked myself. I found my answers through AME study.	Edwards I never though about what kind of person I am. I though I just need to work hard and live my life like everyone else does. But no matter how hard I work, the emptiness in my heart never got filled. AME counseling reminds me how to value myself. I now learned how to view myself objectively and resolve my problems in life.
Makaio I was very depress when my husband passed away, it was the darkest period of my life. Just when I though everything in my life is over. I met AME, and because of this I learned how to say goodbye to my late husband, and have a new life ahead of me.	Lily I was in college at the time, all I worry about it to find a good job, how to find a job that can fulfill my need. To find my future is very hard. I don’t know what I want and no where to seek answer. I want to find a balance between my body and mind. After joint AME program, I knew who I am, why I am here. Thank everyone that ever helped me in AME.	Kate Although I have what other will describe as a perfect life, I have stable job and family. But there are still many depressive things in life. I wanted to find my real value, and AME program help me find my true self. Right now, have a fulfill life every single day. Thanks to everyone in AME, help me move past my old self.
Jeremy I wasn’t expecting much from this program. I have many experiences with counseling, none of which can help me. However, in this program I clearly understand and know myself. Right now, I am heading toward a future that I can build for myself.	Elizabeth I am very happy that I can write my testimony here. Before I met AME, I was lost. I was lonely, unfocused, and everything seems meaningless. AME is able to carry me when I was down, encourage to change myself. Thank you for helping me find my second life.
